| Introduction |
H21 steel, a hot working die steel containing tungsten, contains more chromium and tungsten elements which are easy to form carbides. Therefore, it has higher strength and hardness at high temperature. Its hardness reaches hb-300 at 650 ºC, but its toughness and plasticity are poor.. |
2.Heat Treatment Process
Hot working die steel containing tungsten. By increasing Mo content by 2% and adding Mn content properly, the high temperature mechanical properties of the steel are improved, which can meet the needs of mass production of aluminum alloy die casting die. The steel has high thermal elasticity, high thermal stability, good wear resistance and technological properties, and its working temperature reaches 650 ºC.

1.Die sheet products are suitable for forging press die, concave and convex die, die casting die, hot metal cutter and other industries.
