4.Product Technique:
Introduction:
08F, with low carbon content, good plasticity and low strength, is used for stamping parts such as automobile and instrument shell;
20, good plasticity and weldability, used for low strength parts and carburized parts, such as hood, welding container, small shaft, nut, washer and carburized gear, etc;
45, 40Mn, with good comprehensive mechanical properties after quenching and tempering, used for mechanical parts with large stress, such as gear, connecting rod, machine tool spindle, etc;
5.Feature:
1. Seamless steel pipe is made of high quality carbon steel or alloy steel, which can be divided into hot rolling and cold rolling (drawing).
2. Welded steel pipe is made of rolled steel plate by butt or spiral welding. In terms of manufacturing methods, it can be divided into welded steel pipe for low-pressure fluid transmission, spiral welded steel pipe, direct welded steel pipe, welded steel pipe, etc. Seamless steel pipe can be used in various industries such as liquid pressure pipeline and gas pipeline.
